I’m a big fan of Seth Godin and a recent blog post by Seth where he talks about people’s “fear of apples” got me thinking about how to combine a couple of principles to help your business build trust and awareness at the same time. This quick video will explain what I mean:

  1. Barry, I am posting your videos and blog articles to a forum for innkeepers. So much of what you say translates to OUR hospitality wing – B&B’s – serving people at our Inns. This line from your video is GOLD “PEOPLE BUY WITH THEIR EYES.”

    In our industry the website is the deal breaker. Photos photos photos. Does not matter how fantastic the rooms are, they will never know if they do not book a room!
